Prof. P.P. Maheshwari is a multi-faceted finance professional with over 25 years of experience across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Consulting. He has worked with the full spectrum of Blue chips, mid-sized and MSME businesses as well as a variety of Financial Institutions across APAC, Europe and Africa. He has delivered significant mandates across Structured Finance (Acquisition Finance/ LBO, Project Finance, ECA backed Finance, Reserve Based Lending), Transaction Banking (Payments and Cash Management, Trade Finance, Working Capital Finance, Fx and Derivatives), G3 Bonds and Multilateral Finance amongst others. He has advised and supported businesses in domains relating to Capital Markets, Treasury, Investment Banking Liquidity Management and Supply Chain Management.
