Blended Learning

The purpose of the blended Executive MBA - Corporate Affairs and Management program at IIM Jammu and IICA is to provide a structured and flexible learning experience that leverages the benefits of both on-campus and online modes of delivery. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and perspective required to succeed in today's rapidly evolving business environment. By combining in-person and online learning, the program allows participants to balance their professional and personal commitments while pursuing their learning goals. Additionally, the program enables networking opportunities and community building and provides  an orientation to the program and systems and processes. The EMBA Corporate Affairs and Management program ultimately aims to enhance the career prospects and employability of participants by providing them with a comprehensive and well-rounded learning experience.

The Executive MBA (EMBA) program at IIM Jammu and IICA offers a blended learning experience that combines on-campus in-class and online modules.

• The program follows a structured delivery model, with every 3-credit course taught through a blend of online synchronous teaching (24 hours) and on-campus teaching (6 hours).
• The purpose of blended learning is to provide orientation and networking opportunities and kick-start the learning process for participants.
• The on-campus module will be delivered at IIM Jammu and IICA Delhi. There will be two on-campus immersion sessions each academic year.
